28Gの旧式編機で最大限に入る太番手で、20/1 を2本引き揃えたカルゼ組織。ニットでカルゼを作る為に職人の技術で最大限に綾目を見せる工夫をしております。できる限り、糸に撚りをかけて、シャリ感を出すように工夫しております。 独特なシャリ感と特殊樹脂加工でハリ感を出しており、見た目とは逆に軽さと柔らかさがある、新しい雰囲気のある新素材。家庭洗濯は、もちろん可能です。丸みのあるボックスシルエットを採用、腰の大きなポケットが特徴です。アームホール、身幅まで全てのパーツを計算し、パターンを引くことで、生地のポテンシャルを最大限に生かしております。身幅をしっかり取った１枚袖のブルゾンです。オリジナルの水牛ボタンは、裏刻印を施してます。ポケット部分の袋地を重ねることで、立体的な形を構築した素材の良さを行かした新型ブルゾン。日本製。

20/1 two-ply yarn in the thickest gauge achievable on a 28G vintage knitting machine, woven in a calze construction. To create calze in knitwear, we employ artisan techniques to maximize the visible twill pattern. We carefully apply twist to the yarn to enhance its crisp texture. This innovative fabric features a unique crisp texture and special resin treatment for added body, offering surprising lightness despite its appearance. Machine washable at home, of course. It adopts a rounded box silhouette, characterized by large hip pockets. Every part, from the armholes to the body width, is meticulously calculated and patterned to maximize the fabric's potential. This is a one-piece sleeve blouson with a generously cut body width. The original buffalo horn buttons feature an engraved back. This new blouson design utilizes the fabric's inherent qualities, constructing a three-dimensional shape by layering the pocket lining fabric.
