ワーク/モーターサイクルウエアのレザージャケットを土台に、レースアップで締める古いスポーツウエアやレザーギアの要素をデザインとして交差させた一着。ジッパーが一般化する以前、紐でフィットを調整する構造は衣服や装具に広く用いられ、その原始的な機能美から昇華されたレースアップデザインは独特の存在感を残している。短丈のトラッカー型に黒革、レースアップが強く映る。完成直後の均一な革ではなく、着用によって皺が入り、艶と擦れが混在していく未来を含めてデザイン。年代の異なるディティールが偶然共存したような一着に仕上げている。

This piece is based on a work/motorcycle leather jacket, incorporating design elements from vintage sportswear and leather gear that feature lace-up closures. Before zippers became commonplace, the practice of adjusting the fit with laces was widely used in clothing and gear; the lace-up design, refined from this primal functional beauty, retains a unique presence. The short, tracker-style cut, black leather, and lace-up details stand out prominently. The design accounts not only for the uniform leather immediately after completion but also for the future as he jacket is worn, wrinkles will form, and a blend of sheen and scuff marks will emerge.
