逞しい茶芯のホースレザーを素材として厳選し無骨さと洗練を合わせて整えたハーフコート。1930年代頃のアメリカのカーコートを参考に設計しクラシックなムードを受け継ぎながらも現代に合わせ古めかしくも古着とは異なる空気を纏わせました。ホースレザーは動きの激しい馬ならではの躍動感を感じるシボが力強く刻まれており、一点一点で表情の現れ方が異なる素材。茶芯のレザーによって経年により化粧が薄れていき徐々に芯となる素肌の茶色が顔を覗かせることで、表層との美しいグラデーションが生まれます。しっかりと肉厚で堅牢なレザーですが、実重量を感じさせないようパターンに注力し着用時には重さを分散させた設計。レザー特有の動きづらさを軽減しながら落ちと収まりの良いシルエットを描いております。今作では、綺麗なレザーから育てる楽しさを残したく加工は控えめに製作しました。ネックストラップを使用して衿を立てAラインを強調したスタイルもおすすめです。

天然皮革を使用した商品となります。革由来の小傷や血筋、製造時の軽微な傷等がある場合がございますが、革製品特有の風合いとしてお楽しみ下さい。

■INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
A half-coat crafted from carefully selected, robust horse leather with a brown core, blending ruggedness with sophistication. Designed with inspiration from American car coats of the 1930s, it inherits a classic vibe while adapting to the modern era exuding a vintage feel distinct from vintage clothing. The horse leather features a powerful grain that captures the dynamic energy unique to horses in vigorous motion, making each piece a one-of-a-kind creation with its own distinct character. As the brown-core leather ages, the surface finish gradually fades, revealing the natural brown of the core beneath and creating a beautiful gradient with the outer layer. Although the leather is thick and sturdy, we focused on the pattern to ensure it doesn’t feel heavy, and the design distributes the weight evenly when worn. This reduces the stiffness often associated with leather while creating a silhouette that drapes beautifully and fits well. For this piece, we kept the finishing minimal to preserve the joy of watching the leather mature over time. We also recommend styling it with the neck strap to raise the collar and emphasize the A-line silhouette.
